I want you to love your jewelry as much as I do! If you’re not completely satisfied with your purchase, you may return it within 30 days of receiving your order for a refund or exchange.

How to Qualify for a Return

• Items must be in their original condition (unworn and undamaged).

• Items must be returned in their original packaging.

• Customized or personalized pieces are non-refundable unless there is a defect.

Easy Return Process

1. Email me at info@heartfulhoops.ch with your order number and reason for return.

2. I’ll provide you with return instructions.

3. Ship your item back within 30 days of your purchase.

4. Once received and inspected, I’ll issue a refund or exchange within 7 business days.

• Refunds will be processed to your original payment method.

• Shipping costs are non-refundable unless the return is due to a defect or my error.

• If your jewelry arrives damaged or defective, please contact me within 7 days for a replacement.
